By the request of two peeps...here is my take on manscaping...I'd love to hear yours!
Manscaping; as Marth Stewart would say, "its a good thing"!! Yes I prefer a neat man. I think a lot of my girls out there would agree. Its just cleaner, and neater and shows that the man takes care of himself. Most men prefer a woman to be "womanscaped"; hmm I'm going to have to come up with a good term for that; so why wouldn't we like them to do the same? Nothing crazy please; and no, manscaping does not imply your sexual preference.
I feel the need to expand on this topic. Manscaping does not only apply to the...nether regions. Lets talk about body hair. This is a passionate topic and you will find women who strongly feel that a man should be natural, hairy and manly...in fact; many of these women think the more hair the better. But not all women feel that way about body hair. There are many of us who prefer less hair, shaven, or waxed is fine but hair free is what we want. There are some women in between who like a little hair just in the middle of the chest but not a lot. Yep; we women are picky about our preferences in man hair. So what is a man to do? How does he figure it out? Should they all got get body waxed. NO! Silly men, ask your woman what she likes? or just try the opposite of what you are doing right now and see what she says; maybe she doesn't want to make you feel bad by telling you that your man-hair sweater doesn't turn her on.
ReplyDeleteOk so we've covered body hair. What about facial hair. Personally, I'm not a fan. I like a nice tidy side burn and a clean shaven face, the smoother the better. Some women like a goatee, or a full beard; a few might like a mustashe. However; beards etc are not the only hair on a mans face...what about the eyebrows? Is a man who manscapes his eyebrows too feminine or just "metrosexual" or maybe he just wants to look nice for his lady. I'm all about tidy and slighly shapped manbrows. Again, it lets a woman know you take care of yourself and want to look good for her.
Oh one last thing...if you have nose or ear hair please PLEASE get rid of it...not sexy in anyones opinion.
